Comments: The AWMA BDF is simply a group of female MA who work as a unit to help other women in the MA to achieve their full potential. It is a volunteer organization of women who offer their help without charge to others for an hour or two each week. All a person must do to become an Association Member is agree to assist another female MA to reach her goals in her chosen MA style (free). Sounds too simple? Of course it is! But when your time is worth a lot of money (especially if you are a good instructor or school owner) donating time can be costly. The idea is to mentor, assist, give instruction, or simply encourage other women to enter the MA, stick with it to the end, and attain the goals they wish to reach.
