Bio: Started training at the age of 17 under Mr. Max Thacker in Elkhart, Indiana in the association of O-Sensei Tadashi Yamashita. Have had a smattering of cross-training in Judo, Tai Chi, Shotokan, Isshin-Ryu, Aikido, and Ryu-Te. Now married with three children, working for the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, and in school full-time working on a BS in Bible Theology and Christian Ministry. When do I work out?
